Summer Quarter 2008 through Spring Quarter 2009

The Program Coordinator works closely with and reports to the Director of Educational Programs at Seattle Arts & Lectures and the Assistant Director of the Simpson Center for the Humanities. The position requires work from two offices, one at the Simpson Center and the other off-campus at Seattle Arts & Lectures. The program coordinator is required to work on Saturdays during seminars. The ideal candidate will be organized; detail-oriented; diplomatic; proficient in administrative computer technologies; capable of technical and A/V support during seminars; capable of representing the program to UW faculty, K-12 teachers and school administrators, board members, and regional cultural organizations; and capable of cultivating and sustaining outreach networks.
